How do I get a quote?
- You can always get a quote using the Order Now page: www.psd2all.com/order-now.html.
- You upload the files, fill out the form and let us know what you would like to have done. Upon receiving the order we will get back to you ASAP with additional questions (if any), the price and estimate time to complete the work.

What is your turnaround time?
- 3 business days. Your design will be turned into valid XHTML and CSS and tested in FF2/3, IE6/7/8, Safari, Opera and Chrome. For PSD 2 Ecommerce please browse this table to see the exact turnaround for each cart.
How can I contact you?
- You can always open a support ticket on our contact page, or talk to us on MSN, Yahoo, AIM, Gtalk, Skype, and more. You can find the messenger IDs on the same contact page.

- We accept PayPal payments where you can pay via credit or debit card.

Can I cancel my order?
- You can cancel your order without cost to you at any time before we begin your project. You can no longer cancel an order after we have started working on the project.

Do you also give discounts?
- Yes, the more pages you order the more discounts you will receive. The pages have to be from the same project in order to get a discount.

Can you guarantee 100% confidential service?

Will my pages be made public?
- After each project we ask permission to place the pages in our portfolio. As much as we would love to have your pages in our portfolio you can of course deny it at anytime.

Technical
What file formats can you work with?
- We can work with PSD, PNG, AI or PDF but we prefer to work with a layered PSD.
- We also accept AI/EPS files, but additional time will be needed to convert them into PSD format.

- We test the website in Internet Explorer 7/8, Firefox 2/3, Opera, Safari and Google Chrome.

Do you install the coded pages on my server?
- Yes, if you provide us with the FTP details of your hosting server and sometimes the hosting details we can install the theme on your server.

Can you implement JavaScript?
- Yes we do. By default basic Javascript is included. If you need more advanced effects let us know and we will revise the quote adequately.

Is the code well commented?
- Yes it is. By default with no extra charges all Xhtml and Css files are well commented.
